Shipping; I send out w/in 3 business days after confirmation of payment. I use UPS ground unless other arrangements are made, my delivery can range between 3 - 10 business days.
Returns; Each claim is handled on a "as needed basis", if you have damage/defect you will need to have notified me with in 7 days after UPS confirms delivery.
All sales are final, if you are not completely satisfied with your product you may pay shipping to return it and you may expect a 25% restocking charge, Any credit will only be applied to a new selection, and some terms may be change to fit the situation.
